How it works
From your request to your last night at anchor
How tender delivery works for charter guests checking in around Split, Trogir and Kaštela.
- 01
Send a request
Tell us your dates, your check-in marina and the boat you’ve chartered. We answer within the day — during the season usually within the hour.
- 02
We confirm and hold the tender
You get a confirmation with the delivery details. Your dates are held while you pay the 30% deposit online (card or bank transfer); the rest is paid on delivery.
- 03
Delivery before check-in
On check-in day the tender is fuelled, checked and moored next to your berth. We hand over the keys, the safety equipment and a five-minute briefing.
- 04
Tow it all week
Use a floating tow line, lift the engine and check the line at every stop. At anchor, keep the tender alongside or on a short line astern.
- 05
Leave it at the marina
On check-out day, tie the tender up at the marina and hand us the keys. Top the tank up to the level you received it (fuel isn’t included) — no cleaning needed; we collect it.

From our skippers
Towing a tender behind a charter boat
- Use a floating tow line of 15–25 m from a stern cleat, or a bridle from both hulls on a catamaran.
- Trim the engine up and stow loose items before you set sail.
- Check the line at every stop and shorten it in a following sea.
- In marinas and at anchor overnight, keep the tender alongside on two lines.
- Never tow with people on board.

Questions we get every week
01Do I need a licence to drive the tender?
Yes. The renter must hold a valid boating permit and show photo ID (national ID card, passport or driver’s licence). If nobody on board has one, book one of our skippers for 120 € per day.
02Is fuel included?
No. The tender is delivered with a full tank and returned full. If you prefer, our staff can refuel it for you on return.
03Is there a deposit?
Yes — 500 €, paid at handover. It is refunded when the tender and its equipment come back in the condition they were delivered.
04Is the tender insured?
Basic insurance is included with every rental, together with full safety equipment. Damage beyond normal wear is settled from the security deposit — we explain the cover at handover.
05What comes with the tender?
Basic insurance, full safety equipment, bimini shade and mooring gear — plus water toys: water skis, a wakeboard and a towable tube come with every tender at no extra charge.
06What are the rental hours?
Weekly rentals run from 13:00 on the delivery day until 18:00 on the collection day. Daily rentals run 09:00–18:00. For charters we align delivery and collection with your check-in and check-out.
07Which marinas do you deliver to?
Free of charge to the marinas around Split, Trogir and Kaštela: ACI Marina Split, Marina Kaštela, ACI Marina Trogir, Marina Trogir and Marina Baotić (Seget Donji). Anywhere else on the Adriatic we deliver for a flat fee added to your booking: Primošten · Rogoznica (Marina Kremik, Marina Frapa) 150 €, Šibenik area 200 €, Zadar area 300 €, Dubrovnik area 400 €. Other places on request — send us the marina and we’ll quote the delivery.
08How long can I rent a tender for?
By the week, like a charter: we deliver on Saturday and collect on Friday, and you can book one to four weeks online. Only need it for a weekend or two or three days? Shorter rentals are available by arrangement — send us your dates and we’ll sort it out. Longer stays cost less: two weeks earn a 5 % discount, three or four weeks 10 %.
09Can I tow it behind a catamaran?
Yes. All our RIBs have towing eyes. Use a bridle from both hulls and a floating line, and keep an eye on it in a following sea.
